At our mindfulness group this week (on Zoom) we talked about breathing, living when the world is on fire, and fire towers. One member had tried to climb a fire tower the previous weekend only to find it was locked. I’m posting it here in case you might find it helpful. And enjoy this picture of a tower–it’s near Amherst, MA, and I climbed it a number of times a lifetime ago when I spent a fall in the area.
The local mindfulness group I meet with has not been able to meet in person now for several weeks, so I recorded a guided meditation for us. I’m posting the link here in case anyone else might find it helpful. Take care.
